Mike Stanford has over 20 years experience in the construction field working with various firms in such capacities as Project Manager and Lead Carpenter. He has headed many full-course projects with duties including estimating costs, scheduling and managing resources.
As a principle of Renovation Works in Austin (A Minority Business Enterprise with my partner) efforts were concentrated on CSI divisions 6 (carpentry)-8 (doors and windows) -9 (interior finishout). Responsibilties included performing all functions of running small business; including; bidding, estimating, scheduling, billing, and all misc. paperwork. Built and ran a music rehearsal studio in San Antonio.
